<p>For mange år siden boede jeg i Schweiz. Et smukt land med en fabelagtig natur. Jeg har taget mange opskrifter med fra Schweiz. Blandt andet Zopf (fletning). Fletningen gør at brødet er saftigt eller fugtig, hvis det giver mening. Brødet er let at lave, men det kræver lidt teknik at flette. </p>

Gær opløses i lun mælk og sukker. Tilsæt æg og rør derefter lidt mel i. Salt og smeltet afkølet smør tilsættes og det meste af melet. Ælt dejen godt indtil den er smidig, glat og slipper røreskålen. </p>

Form to lange pølser, der lidt tykkere på midten. De er ca 50 cm lange. Læg dem i et kryds x. Tag ved toppen og bunden på den samme pølse med højre og venstre hånd. Byt placering af højre og venstre hånd. Lad den hånd der er øverst tage fat i den modsatte øverste pølse og ligeledes lad den nederste hånd tage fat i den nederste pølse og byt placering af venstre og højre hånd. Gentag denne procedure til hele zopfen er flettet. Tryk enderne lidt sammen og vend dem ind under enden. Flyt zopfen over på en bageplade med bagepapir. Den skal sikkert ligge diagonalt for at kunne være der. Lad den hæve tildækket ca. 30-45 minutter</p>
